17th December 2007
The World team claim back the Ryder Cup in awesome style as they comprehensively overhaul the Americans 18-6. USA will look back on the early stages where the World team just opened up an immense lead in a short space of time from which they never looked back. The Americans needed some of the closer games to go their way, but every time it was close it seemed the World team took the points. In the end all the World team scored points this year and Don Miettinen will hold the trophy aloft as winning Captain.

A special thanks to all those who competed, and especially the ease with which games were set up and played this year which shows how enjoyable it was. Both sides played with integrity and had some great fun on the way regardless of the overall result. Watch out for 2008 as USA will be looking for revenge.

29th November 2007

27th November 2007

Shinnecock Hills will play host for the 10th Annual Ryder Cup. Whilst the Americans can consider it their advantage on home soil, you cannot discount that the links style and looks of this course may well also play into the World hands, particularly from the European contingent. So in terms of the venue there should be little choose between the two sides. It will surely come down to the test of nerves and skill to decide the winner of this tournament.
